- Direct Advertising

We accept contextual advertisements from Third Party advertisers. These advertisers are carefully selected to provide information about products and services that we think may be of interest to our Users. Note that if You click on any of these advertisements, these advertisers may use cookies and other web-tracking technologies to collect non-personal and/or personal information about You. We recommend that You review the terms of use and privacy policy for any advertiser and Third Party with which You are interacting before doing so. Cookies 

Where necessary, our apps uses cookies to store information about a visitor’s preferences and history in order to better serve the visitor and/or present the visitor with customised content. Advertising partners and other third parties may also use cookies, scripts and/or web beacons to track visitors to our site in order to display advertisements and other useful information. Such tracking is done directly by the third parties through their own servers and is subject to their own privacy policies.


 - COPPA

We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. We do not knowingly collect personal information on children under the age of 13. When a user identifies himself or herself as a child under the age of 13 through a support request or through any feedback, we will not collect, store or use, and will delete in a secure manner, any personal information of such user.


 - Adult Privacy Policy

  We are a team of designers, developers and artists building various applications. We have mobile & tablet applications developed (the applications with the site given through the Apps). Some of the features of the services regard to additional guidelines, rues or terms which will be posted in the apps in connection with such features. All such terms, guidelines and rules are included by reference into this agreement.


The applications are developed for use by all from small to aged. We know your concern for privacy of children and do not collect any information about children through the Apps. Verily, apart from parent information, we do not transmit any data saved on the applications back to servers. “Parent Information” means a parent’s email address received for intention of transmitting adult information about the Apps to parent. Detailed view regarding use of collected information is fully mentioned in our Privacy Policy below.


Teenagers Privacy Policy is designated to provide you, the legal guardian of youngsters above 18 years old with guidance regarding our privacy policies and principles we request you to guide your children. Before playing any games as shooting, killing or horror, show it to your parents first and play under observation of parents. Play game just for enjoyment and not for any impact negatively.


- Collected Information

Clearly, within the Application you can set up multiple accounts – both accounts for children that permit a child to play game and for parents, that hold a “dashboard” that allows you, the parent or other adult to analyse a child’s use of the Application and to reply to questions & comments by the child. When making accounts for you or child, you may use names as you think proper i.e. real names or aliases. All such details on the will not transferred or made available to us.


Atul Patel & Company does not directly collect and store on its servers any information from its Users of the Kids Apps. Some information may nonetheless be collected through and maintained by Atul Patel & Company third party providers of certain products or services, such as advertising networks, web analytics services, etc. (“Third Party(is)”). You, as the legal guardian of a Kid.


We will forward your inquiry to the applicable Third Party and make an effort to provide you with such Third Party’s response within a reasonable time frame.


- Offline Use

Atul Patel & Company allows an offline use (without Internet connection and without GPS enablement) of some features of its Kids Apps. Offline use of Kids Apps will preclude the collection by Atul Patel & Company and/or Third Parties of any information pertaining to you, as the legal guardian of a Kid, and/or your use (including, as applicable, information pertaining to your Kid and his/her use) of the Kids Apps.


- Online Use

There are three types of data and information which may be collected from Users of our Kids Apps:



- Non-personal Information:

Atul Patel & Company allows Third Parties to collect non-identifiable and anonymous information as detailed below (“Kids Non-personal Information”). To put it simply, with respect to such Kids Non-personal Information Atul Patel & Company and the Third Parties have no idea of the identity of the User from whom Third Parties have collected the Kids Non-personal Information. Kids Non-personal Information collected by Third Parties may include the following technical information. 

type of operation system (e.g. Android, iOS, etc.)

type of browser (e.g. Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.) 

screen resolution (e.g. 800×600, 1024×768, etc.), 

language (e.g. English) 

device type (e.g. Galaxy, HTC, iPhone, etc.)

geo-location – only general location may be collected. No street name or city/town name is collected.


The purpose for such collection: Atul Patel & Company allows Third Parties collection of Non-personal Information for strict and limited purposes. Namely, for the limited purpose of analysing the Kids Apps in order to provide the Users of Kids Apps with the Kids Apps functionalities and performance.


- Kids’ Persistent Device Identifier and No Other Kids personal identifiable information:

Third Parties may also collect a persistent device identifier from Kids, such as IP address unique device identifier, advertising identifier (when available on a device) etc. (“Kids’ Persistent Device Identifier”). Atul Patel & Company does not collect and does not allow Third Parties to collect from Kids any personal information that may identify an individual (other than the Kids’ Persistent Device Identifier which is collected for the limited purpose of internal operations of the Apps) and any other personally identifiable information of a private and/or sensitive nature about the Kids. We note that Atul Patel & Company may collect, use and provide access to the User’s advertising identifier in accordance with the applicable platform provider’s policies.


Atul Patel & Company does not allow any additional personally identifiable information to be linked to the Kids’ Persistent Device Identifier, even from other services.


- The purpose for such collection: Atul Patel & Company allows Kids’ Persistent Device Identifier to be collected strictly for internal operations of the Kids Apps including (without limitation) for serving Users of Kids Apps with advertisement as permitted under applicable laws and rules (for example, serving Users of the kids Apps which are located in the United States with only “contextual advertisement”, which are advertisements that are served without connection to any behavioural elements).


- Information which is gathered through the Kids Apps “Ask a Question” or “Support” type of a feature:

In the event that a Kid e-mails a question to Atul Patel & Company  using the “Ask a Question” or “Support” type of a feature which may be available within the Kids App, Atul Patel & Company may respond to such question, using the Kid’s e-mail address. Promptly after responding (or, at the Company’s sole discretion, not responding) to such question, Atul Patel & Company will delete the Kid’s e-mail address.


- How the Information about our Users of Kids Apps is being collected?

The above mentioned Kids Non-personal Information and Kids’ Persistent Device Identifier are collected by Third Parties through the Users’ use of the Kids Apps, including, without limitation, through such Third Parties’ SDK embedded in our Kids Apps. In addition, Kids Non-personal Information and the Kids’ Persistent Device Identifier may also be stored on the Users’ device via generally accepted industry technologies used within the Kids Apps, such as “cookies” and local storage (see Section 18 below for further details with respect to Cookies and Local Storage.)


- Sharing Kids information with third parties

We may share the Kids’ Persistent Device Identifier only in the following cases:

-> to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoena or governmental request.

-> to enforce this Kids Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use, including investigation of potential violations thereof.

-> to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues;

-> to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the Company, its Users or the general public.

-> when the Company is undergoing any change in control, including by means of merger, acquisition or purchase of all or substantially all of the assets of Company.

-> pursuant to the approval of a Kid’s legal guardian, in order to supply certain services such legal guardian or the User of the Kids Apps may have requested from the Company.

-> to let our partners and affiliates serve the Users of the Kids Apps with advertisements as permitted under applicable laws and rules.


For avoidance of doubt, Atul Patel & Company may transfer and disclose Kids Non-personal Information to third parties at its discretion


- Security and Data Protection

Atul Patel & Company takes security measures to protect information both online and off-line. Customer information that is stored with Atul Patel & Company has restricted access to employees who need that information to perform their specific job. Atul Patel & Company may log IP addresses for better web administration and maintaining the integrity of our services.


Atul Patel & Company may share aggregated demographic and other information with our partners and affiliates. Information provided to Atul Patel & Company will not be sold or rented to any unrelated third parties without the express consent of the information provider, except that Atul Patel & Company may disclose data to its affiliates and business partners who have established similar privacy standards.
